Clinical Experience
Dr. Wang started his periodontal practice as an associate in one of the best periodontal offices in NJ. The expertise of his colleagues advanced the growth of Dr. Wang as a specialist in periodontics and implantology.
The desire to become an integral part of routine patient care in a multi-specialty dental practice in New York brought Dr. Wang to 209 NYC Dental in 2015. His skills in dental implants and periodontal surgery have enabled our patients to receive the best comprehensive periodontal care in Manhattan.
Dr. Wang has been an outstanding practitioner since the launch of his career. He demonstrates a rare blend of excellent clinical skills and great compassion for patients. He is incredibly accessible and kind to his patients.
Education
Dr. Wang received his Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Florida and continued his studies at NYU College of Dentistry where he received his DDS degree with honors. Dr. Wang received his postgraduate degree from NYU dental school. There he completed his specialty training in the Department of Periodontics & Implant Dentistry where he was a chief resident.

Dr. Wang was an honorary member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU).
Volunteering
Dr. Wang dedicated a significant amount of his time to volunteering and outreach programs here in New York City and outside of the US. He volunteered his time and expertise in Ronald Mcdonald House in the Department of Pediatric Dentistry, in Elmhurst Medical Center in the Department of Dentistry.
Twice he visited Nicaragua, once as a dental student volunteer and once as a dental researcher with Global Outreach programs.

- It includes complimentary digital panoramic x-ray, if one is needed.
- $200 credit will be applied towards treatment.
- Dr. Wang accepts most PPO insurance plans. Many of his treatments fall under medically necessary and thus are often partially reimbursed by insurance.

Dr. Wang performed all four of my tooth extractions. He really put me at ease while he explained the process and even put on my favorite music during the procedure. Afterward, Dr. Wang made himself available 24/7 to answer any questions/concerned while I healed. The entire staff at 209 Dental have been beyond professional – very courteous, friendly and thoughtful. I am very glad to have found this practice and look forward to their care!

This dental place is AMAZING! Everyone is so nice and kind. Dr Lipner did my root canal and it was quick and painless. Dr Wang just did crown lengthening this afternoon and it was so quick and painless too! I didn’t feel anything at all. He was very nice and he even asked me what kind of songs/music I wanted to listen to, and he turned it on. It definitely helped me more relaxed and happy. I used to hate going to dentist because I was always scared and traumatized with the pain and swelling, etc. This place? I feel like I want to go there every week! 😀 Thank you Dr Lipner and Dr Wang! This place is awesome!!!!

Dr. Wang stands by his work. Several years ago,
I came to Dr. Wang to install a new implant. I was extremely happy with the new tooth.
After some years, I returned to Dr. Wang due to bone loss. Dr. Wang successfully rebuilt the bone and replaced the implant at a very reasonable price.
Dr. Wang is very reliable, thorough, professional and a skilled surgeon. He and his staff conduct themselves pleasantly and with the patient in mind.
I would recommend Dr. Wang to anyone.
