Very clean and professional. Staff was lovely and very knowledgeable. I have the shittiest teeth and loathe the dentist but definitely would go back here.

One of the better dental practices in the city. The care is professional and high-quality, with a knowledgeable and supportive staff. Dr. Ifraimov takes the time to carefully explain treatment options, procedures, and answer any questions. Fees are clearly stated before treatment, so there are no unexpected surprises afterward--other than seeing your beautiful smile again! Having an in-house lab is also a real advantage, allowing for seamless communication between the dentist and the person creating your dental work. A very positive experience. Highly recommended!

I have been going through a year-long dental implant process with Dr. Reddy, and her bedside manner has been exceptional throughout. She is compassionate, considerate, and incredibly relatable, which makes every visit feel much less stressful. From the initial consultation through each stage of treatment, she has taken the time to explain exactly what to expect, answer all of my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable and confident in the process. What could have been an overwhelming experience has been made so much easier because of her patience, kindness, and genuine concern for her patients' well-being. Dear 209 Dental NYC, I have to share with you some good news but first the story that brought me to you. I have been struggling with denture care for the last 10 years. I didn't know it at the time but 10 years ago my teeth just started rotting and falling out! It was a nightmare that I could not understand. Nothing in my life could have seen this coming because I have always practiced good hygiene. In fact I loved my teeth. I would later find out that a medication that I had been taking was causing my teeth to decay. There is now a class action lawsuit in the works but needless to say being just a waiter with average health care this became an expensive nightmare. I needed to go to Turkey to have a full dental implant both upper and lower. While I was waiting to return to Turkey, the temporary healing denture broke into 3 pieces! It was beyond a nightmare and I couldn't even work without teeth. The 4 dentists I went to before your clinic were $350 or more needing x rays etc., only to say they wont touch it because it is a foreign implant. I cried in front of one dentist begging him to help me because the repair wasn't this unbelievable mountain to climb but rather a simple broken denture repair that could be done. But they wouldn't touch it for whatever reason. One told me to find a Turkish dentist here in the states who could help. At least the dentist I cried in front of reimbursed me half his $500 fee! On the verge of losing my job I stumbled upon your wonderful clinic and my path would cross with Dr. Yasmina Reddy. Yasmina looked at the denture and simply fixed it! I could have cried tears of joy (and I did). However, there was more to come. Yasmina's' fix only lasted for 3 days and she said this might happen but if it did come back Monday through Thursday because Ricky Moldova would be in the clinic to help. Well help he did!! Ricky and Yasmina teamed up and not only repaired the broken denture but added the back part back on again!! Now we were getting somewhere! As we were getting it to fit Ricky added this filler that makes the upper denture fit better than it ever has. I am not even sure I want to go back to Turkey for the permanent set to be completed because this top denture is removable, cleanable (which feels so good) and can be put right back on and it fits like a glove. Here are some additional points that made your clinic excellent. Your emergency appointment can be made the same day and is only $165. This price is not only reasonable but it's great. I did refuse an x-ray because I had a photo on my phone and instead of a horrible attitude I was met with an understanding smile. Kindness, fair prices, and an understanding staff. Whatever, you're doing keep it up! There is one thing I will mention that was not perfect and that was the minimum of $500 on the Carecredit card but that was a small price to pay for what I received from your great clinic. I want to also mention William N. and the receptionist (who's name I lost) but she handled the payment at the end. She was really sweet and kind about the Carecredit card minimum thing. Also, I never even had to wait for my appointments but while in the waiting room it is calm and pleasant. Most importantly you solved the problem. When I left I was talking with Yasmina and I was just being effusive with my many thank you's and she said something interesting which summed up her and Ricky's attitude and that was that she loved the challenge my case represented. And I can not be more thankful for that kind of attitude and effort. Thank you so much for putting together an incredible team, for charging excellent prices in a beautiful space and most of all for helping me in this horrible situation. I couldn't be happier. Amazing experience for an emergency extraction. After my original dentist couldn't fit me in, this clinic provided a same-day appointment and immediate peace of mind. The office is beautiful, and the staff is very welcoming. Miriam and Dr. Wang were professional and made me feel completely at ease, something I rarely feel at the dentist! The procedure was painless and efficient; I was out the door in under an hour with great post-op care. This office truly lives up to its reputation. If you need high-quality dental care in the city, look no further.

I never write reviews and I HAVE A HUGE FEAR OF THE DENTIST, which is probably why I had this problem....!!!! I had a dental emergency, on the weekend of course. I went online to see about options available as I didn't have a regular dentist since I moved back to the city. I requested an appointment late Sunday and got a quick reply that evening that they could see me the next day. Went in for my appointment. Had X-rays, reviewed what needed doing and the very next day had everything taken care of, literally pain free! Dr.Wang and his assistant were amazing....he explained everything simply and was very direct and up front. He explained each step as he proceeded and was really thoughtful in telling me to breathe as I have a great anxiety with dentistry. Truly the experience was excellent and pain free. I can't thank him enough for putting me at ease. The Staff are really accommodating and helpful, kudos to all of you! It is now the day after my procedure, all good so far and a long road ahead to complete but.... I think but I would give them more stars if possible! Wait time: nominal. Atmosphere: lovely and relaxing. Office staff: exceptional. Dentist: based on just one visit, who knows, but I'd be hard-pressed to imagine Dr. Reddy (sp.?) being anything other than what she was today: kind, warm, and very thorough. Even though I was only there to have a potential problem checked out, which ended with good news, had it gone the other way, I would not have hesitated to have her do the work. The office hums along like a well-oiled machine, at no cost to a personal touch.

Although I've been receiving dental care from another provider for close to 20 years, I decided it was time to find someone closer to home. I think I hit the jackpot on this one! Every staff person I came in contact with was friendly and helpful, as well as totally competent in their role. As a senior citizen, my primary goal is maintaining the teeth I have, with as little serious intervention as possible. Based on the careful and thorough cleaning done today by the hygienist, Elena, I think that goal is entirely possible. And after meeting the dentist, Dr. Ifraimov who did the examination, I feel confident that any serious issues will be handled with the utmost skill and care. Definitely a 5 star beginning!!

I seldom write reviews, let alone about a dental visit (!), but I wanted to take the time to share what was such a positive experience. This was my first visit and I had a great experience from start to finish. Everything went smoothly - check-in, x-rays, deep cleaning, and a comprehensive exam. Everyone was professional and courteous. The x-ray specialist was incredibly friendly and walked me through the process so I knew exactly what to expect. I also really appreciated that the x-ray films weren't those bulky ones that hurt when you bite down. My hygienist, Aaron (hope I spelled that right), was one of the best I've ever had. I didn't feel any pain or sensitivity, and he did such an amazing job - I walked out with a big smile and clean, white teeth. I saw Dr. Dmitry Nikitayev, who was friendly, patient, and made sure all my questions were answered. Beyond the x-rays, I was impressed that he also used a digital scanner to provide a very comprehensive view and took the time to explain everything in detail so I could make an informed decision. Before I left, Amanda the coordinator was incredibly helpful, walking me through my next visit options and making the entire process easy and stress-free. So happy to have found this place!

It's very hard to find a good dental practice that you can trust, and 209 NYC dental goes above and beyond each time I visit, whether it's a cleaning, tooth procedure or check up, the doctors and staff provide the best care. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. The doctors take their time speaking with you and also when examining you. I never felt rushed. Further, Dr. Ifraimov is an excellent dentist. This organization is very well organized and efficient. My first appointment with the periodontist was scheduled for 03:00 PM and included an initial consultation along with the development of full mouth X-Rays. I arrived at 02:40 PM and was on the way home at 03:17 PM. Wait time is kept to a minimum while questions are entertained and fully answered. The administrators are very friendly, and everybody greets you with a smile. I'm looking forward with enthusiasm in regards to my next visit

After leaving my previous dentist, who couldn't accept Medicare, I was terrified of dentists I visited. However, the dentists at 209 NYC Dental LLP changed my experience. I met a junior dentist who showed genuine enthusiasm for caring for all my issues. The team was able to numb my pain without Caine and truly ease my anxiety. I haven't found any other dental office as committed to providing the best patient care.

I want to give a shout out to a very gifted periodontist at 209 Dental on 56th street on the east side of Manhattan- Dr, Jin Wang. He is intelligent, well trained, and has a great patient mannerism. I have been under his care for decades. He has performed numerous extractions and implants. Dr. Wang really cares about his patients. He explains everything to you BEFORE he does it. Dr, Wang is also PAINLESS. He is a great dental surgeon. He gets an A plus from me. I highly recommend Dr. Wang.

From the very first phone conversation with Dana to set an appointment, to the efficient but courteous office staff that checks you in, this dental clinic is pleasantly different. There really was no wait, the xray techs were quick and on point. Their clean waiting room has a garden view that is quite calming. Dr. Jin Wang was most professional and respectful. He has excellent manners and is adept at easing dental anxiety with his choice of music, his positive outlook, and his effective way of communication. He explains the procedure as he performs them (anesthesia and extraction), demonstrating a genuine sensitivity to the concerns of a patient. His warm approach significantly reduced my stress during the procedure and he made certain to go through the post extraction instructions and answering any questions. These are best practices that build trust and ensure improved patient health outcomes. I highly recommend 209 NYC Dental.

Their technique was excellent- no pain and very responsive and considerate of patient comfort level. Nice experience all around with all doctors on time appointments and great manners and care

I desperately needed to find an emergency dentist office that had weekend hours and, in my search, found 209 NYC Dental. A crown decided that he no longer needed to stay in my mouth and made the great escape leaving an embarrassing gap in my front teeth. Not acceptable. Not the look I'm going for. So, I went to office today, 06-21-25. I couldn't have found a more beautiful office or professional staff than 209. The ladies at the front desk were all courteous and professional but warm. I wasn't there long before I was escorted into an office and Dr. Wang came in to assess my teeth. He was humorous, highly energetic and approachable. He listened to me, was considerate and thoughtful as we discussed my situation. The assistant was very gentle and sweet and took the x=rays quickly. She made sure that I was not uncomfortable during the process. Then, I met with Dr. Park who was also professional, but warm and listened to my concerns attentively. She was patient, kind and compassionate and understood my concerns for a cost-effective treatment plan and not wanting to pay a gazillion dollars for implants. She examined the x-rays, explained what I needed and also what she would be doing during my appointment. I really like the staff at 209 because they put you at ease from the door. The physicians are professional, but I like that they exude warmth and approachability and don't try to force you to go for implants if there's another option. I give this office the highest rating possible.

I had a traumatic accident that required me to get a root canal in my front tooth in January 2020. I found this office and received a painless operation from Dr. Lipner! He took care to ensure that I was comfortable and not experiencing pain during the operation. The reason for this review now is that it's actually been over 5 years since the operation (which is the expected lifespan for my specific root canal), and all my dentists and oral surgeons since then have complimented this specific root canal. They say the fix is unnoticeable and sturdy. Definitely high praises, especially when it comes from other dental professionals! Thought I'd share for prospective root canal patients -- I highly recommend Dr. Lipner from 209 NYC Dental :)

I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Wang and he was the best!! He explained everything super thoroughly and even asked what music I wanted to listen to while getting the extraction done. I went back and saw Dr. Lee for my general checkup and she had the best table side manner and was extremely thorough and just had such a wonderful personality. To top it all off, all the other staff members from the receptionists to the staff doing the XRay and cleaning are 10/10- super friendly and I the most punctual medical experience I've ever had.

I was very lucky to have had a referral for this Dental Practice. From the wonderful staff at the front desk, who were very helpful and those who checked on my insurance to see if I was covered and this was all before I even had the actual appointment. This was my first time for a visit and I was greeted as if I had been going there forever. I was informed of what to expect and after I filled out my paperwork a lovely young lady came so I could have my x-rays which went well; then the hygienist came and got me - she looked over my x-rays and asked me some questions and then proceeded to clean my teeth. She did a wonderful job. Then the dentist came in for further examination and discussion of what my next steps should be. He was a wonderful doctor. This was a wonderful experience. Before today I was with the same dentist office for approximately 40 years and always adored them unfortunately, they retired. So, I am extremely thrilled to have found such a wonderful dental office and staff at 209 NYC Dental. I look forward to building a lasting relationship.

i am so glad to have found 209 Dental right in my neighborhood. Dr Reddy is the best! she is thorough in her care and evaluation, so gentle in providing treatment, and makes going to the dentist a much better experience. I trust her and would recommend her to everyone. Oksana is also the hygienist who I have used and she also provides top notch care and I always request her. Additionally, the office staff and Dainea who handles claims has been terrific at scheduling and keeping me up to date on claims. They are also open on the weekend which is a big plus.

I was having pain and Dr Wang's office squeezed me in at the last minute upon referral from another dentist. I'm not an easy dental patient (understatement). Dr Wang was so accommodating. He was extremely skilled and very gentle. I recommend him and his office highly.

209 NYC Dental has been my home dentist for years. The quality of care is superior to any dental practice I've ever been to. During COVID, I had Invisalign monitored by Dr. Sang (Ben) Ahn. He set clear guidelines and expectations. My primary concerns were my history of cavities and my shifting teeth (post middle school braces, permanent retainer fell out). Both of my issues were addressed with great care and attention to detail. My teeth are straight and cavity free! When you schedule an appointment, 209 will send you a reminder via text that you can conveniently add to your calendar. They also send text reminders for the TWO annual cleanings typically included with dental insurance. If you are in a rush, schedule an appointment at 7:30AM (opening) and there will be little possibility of delay. 209 is a very busy practice because they do a great job. Shoutout to Ella and Dr. Dmitry Nikitayev, DDS. I just went in today with some anxiety because I've had an issue with opening my mouth wide for a long time. Instead of dismissing my fear, Dr. Nikitayev came in before my cleaning to listen to my concerns and let me know it was likely clenching. He also referred me to a TMJ specialist for due diligence. Ella, the dental hygienist, eased my anxiety by prepping me with expectations that I didn't have to be "type A" and force my mouth open all the time. When the tools aren't in your mouth, you can close them. Her voice and demeanor were very soothing. It was clear she has 30+ years of experience (dental hygienist) and studied music/dance therapy for short period of her life. I felt very comfortable and relaxed by the end of my session. I am going back in 6 months and I'm looking forward to it (I never thought I'd say that)!

Dr. Stella Park is absolutely amazing. Not only did she fix my chipped tooth but she made it look better than how it looked before I chipped it! Definitely my dentist moving forward. The staff is fantastic as well. Overall 12/10 experience.

I am new to the City and had a minor dental emergency on a weekend. They found space for me within hours and did an amazing job with repair. Everyone here is so professional, prompt, efficient, and friendly. Going to the dentist can be stressful, but not so here. I was in NYC on business and broke a crown! The office staff offered me options to see a doctor same day. The office atmosphere is comforting which is important to me as I have a bit of dental anxiety. The front desk team and technician were personable, timely, thoughtful and responsive. Dr.Nikitayev was calming and attentive to solutions. He put my crown back on and made recommendations for my future care in Austin. I do love my Austin dentist but after being cared for at 209NYCDental, I want to move to NY even more - they made me feel like I was home vs like a stranger traveling through that they'd never see again!!

I've been looking for a new dentist for a while after my old dentist moved and opened a practice in deep Jersey. I went to one last year and that was a debacle. Flash forward to end of 2023 and I went to an emergency dentist around Union Square who extracted my tooth. Not feeling as comfortable with the post-op experience I looked for a second opinion on the implant path and also a general cleaning. Thankfully my colleague and his wife had previously gone to 209 and 172 before for both preventative and wisdom tooth extraction. The care coordinators are really professional and helped me navigate my insurance (and also really nice to have them actually be in network vs the emergency dentist's practice just saying they "accept" my insurance and lots of surprises on the EOB - to be clear I get dental insurance overall is complicated with how reimbursement rates and such work). And also let's just say Sunday availability is a godsend. I saw Dr. Reddy and she was really great and a nice change from the dentist I saw last year for preventative care. Extremely patient and thoughtful to offer the numbing gel so she could actually do a proper clean of my teeth. She took time to explain things really well and also called out that the emergency dentist was recommending a procedure unnecessarily. That just builds trust when dental work is scary! Then I saw Dr. Shargel for an implant consultation and honestly I'm glad I did. He explained the process and things a lot better than the emergency dentist I had seen for the extraction as well as confirming that the other procedure was unnecessary. I know I'm in for an expensive and long journey this year, but I'm glad I'm switching providers. Will update as the year goes by, but starting off on a good foot with 209!

I met with Dr. Wang for a consultation today, and he was extremely helpful and refreshingly honest. He understood the complexities of the issue well and provided thorough advice and answered all my questions. I am excited to get a dental cleaning here soon.

Dr. Beniamin Ifraimov possesses extensive knowledge and dedicates ample time to his patients, avoiding any rush during appointments. He is also exceptionally honest with his patients. One can trust him to recommend the treatment that is best for the patient, but not for his own profit. He belongs to the almost extinct species: a MEDICAL DOCTOR--full stop--rather than a medical doctor-businessman.

My first visit , I didn't know what to expect but it was a positive experience. The environment was nice decorated and clean.I was greeted by everyone, felt at ease and comfortable despite my urgent dental need. I was examined and treated immediately . Dr. Stump and Dr. Shargel were very professional. This was an emergency last minute schedule appointment. My first but will be my follow up and routine care. I definitely will recommend this place to my friends and relatives.

While traveling for three months out of the country, I happened to start having tooth pain. Did a google search for dental offices near The Park Lane. 209 NYC Dental popped up with good reviews. I was a bit concerned being from out of state and unsure how my insurance would translate. Thankfully, they saw me quickly, provided the next steps for treatment. The rockstar of them all was Laura. We were having an issue with my insurance, but she managed to take it care of it, providing me with details moving forward, and a breakdown of upcoming treatment. I can't recommend them enough. 100% recommend Dr. Reddy for the comprehensive care she provides her patients with. All my questions and concerns are answered. Trustworthy second opinion who acts on the more conservative side and cares about the patient experience. The office is transparent about billing and you can call within a week's notice to get your calculated co-pay. Very smooth dentist visits.

Dr. Reddy and her staff are so kind and professional! They addressed all of my concerns and even let me wear my AirPods and listen to a podcast during the cleaning (I hate the sound of the instruments on my teeth). I've never felt so comfortable at the dentist!

The office runs like a well-oiled machine. I was seen on time (a little earlier, actually) no wait at all. The staff - from the front desk to the x-ray tech to the hygienist - are very professional, very friendly and, more importantly, very good at what they do. All the equipment is state of the art. I am in the care of Dr. Nikitakyev and I cannot recommend him more highly. He is smart and thorough, listens to the patient, takes time to explain x-rays, etc., didn't decide upon a treatment plan without discussion and careful consideration. Am very impressed with 209 NYC Dental.

I honestly have no words for this establishment; all I can say is that they are amazing! The establishment is clean, the staff is friendly and the technology is up to date. I have never been to a dentist's office where the staff was so friendly. I met with Dr. Wang, the specialist and he was so kind, nonjudgmental, and professional. He explained my procedure before starting, eased my anxiety, and was fast while still being thorough. I would also like to mention how amazing they are when you're in an emergency; they took me right away. All in all this place is a 10/10 and I'm finally happy to have found a dental office I appreciate.

I was referred to Ryan Shargel when I needed a second opinion on what I had guessed was an unnecessary procedure. Dr. Shargel, who also teaches at NYU Dental School, was described as very smart, kind, and easy to talk to. After meeting him, I can say this is all definitely true. He is very good at explaining things, and is definitely not recommending unnecessary work. The office is modern and nice and the staff is pleasant. Highly recommended.

I had X-rays taken and saw a surgeon for an emergency. No one else would see me. I got some advice and reassurance. Everyone was professional and nice. I

Ir took me a while to accept that I would loose my front teeth, but they needed to be extracted, with bone grading, and implants. I was mortified. This was a pretty big surgery, and I have to say that it was by far the easiest, painless experience I've ever had with an oral surgeon. Dr Wang is simply the best, and went above, and beyond to make a bad situation an extremely positive experience. I'm forever grateful! I highly recommend Dr Wang, Dr Nikatyev, and the entire team! If u want a great dentist to extract hard to remove teeth, then Dr. Wong is your person. Dr. Wong is smart, friendly and efficient with extractions and implants. He makes u feel comfortable, explains the entire procedure, and best of all, little to no pain.

I want to start off by saying, this office is so much better than any office I've ever been in. 209 does not accept my insurance, but I rather come here anyway! I've been to offices that only accept my insurance and I never received the type of care I have received at 209. I made an appointment for a cleaning with Oksana and she was real gentle and thorough. I will continue to see Oksana for all my cleanings. I also saw Dr. Wang. Although he referred me to an oral surgeon, Dr. Wang was very informative about my treatment and gave me multiple options on what I can do next.

I've been coming to 209 Dental for over a decade and highly recommend them to everyone. In addition to being reliable and truth worthy, their billing dept always works with me since I've mostly paid out of pocket. I recently had veneers (upper) with Dr. Ifraimov and am extremely happy with the results. Not only do they look great, but when you're spending that much time on the dentist chair, it's important to actually like your dentist. In that sense, it was a pleasant experience feeling like I was in good hands with Dr. Ifraimov and his assistants.

My experience at this dental office has been amazing. There is never a wait and the staff there is very nice. I've gone in for several things like changing my old fill ins, X-ray and checking for cavities. Dr.Nitkitaev was patient and he explains everything in latest terms before he started doing the work. The teeth cleaning I received was intense but she got all the plack off and I was satisfied. I am very happy that I found this place.

I've always been afraid of visiting the dentist, but last week I really had to go because of nasty tooth sensitivity. I chose 209 because of the reviews and they do not lie. The dentist said I had a cavity (no surprise) and that filling would most probably solve the sensitivity. He advised me to have my cleaning first before the filling, so I did. In both procedures, he was so gentle. I highly recommend their service here.

One stop shop, top rate, gold medal, first class. I got an emergency root canal here about a year and a half ago, same day and it went so incredibly smoothly. After getting a new job this year and new dental insurance I immediately called to have all of my dental services done here. Honestly the best dental experience I have ever had. From the front desk, to X rays, to treatment; all excellent. No complaints.

I cannot say enough good things about this dental practice. I was a new patient and called them late on a Thursday afternoon. They were able to see me first thing Friday morning for evaluation and treatment. Every person I dealt with, starting with the person who answered the phone on Thursday, was impeccably professional and extremely kind. The technicians, the dentist, and the oral surgeon provided extremely competent care and were sensitive to my concerns about money (I am uninsured).
