Administration

A lot happens outside of the dental operatories – calls need to be answered, patients to be scheduled, insurance verified, dental claims to be paid, and the list goes on. These are our unseen heroes that most of the patients do not know. However, having a talented auxiliary staff is what makes or breaks the office success. 209 NYC Dental is proud to have such an eclectic and skilled team of administrative personnel.

Anela picked the dental field as a career because of her traumatic experience with multiple teeth extraction in her former country. That scary experience made her want to face the dental field in a different light. As an adult she wanted to eliminate fear and hyper-anxious moments for her patients visiting our dental practice. Professionally, Anela sees the dental field as very challenging and rewarding at the same time. She feels that it is a great feeling to see happy patients walking out of the dental office with a beautiful smile and with healthy teeth. She feels that proper culture in the work environment is paramount to delivering proper patient care.
