This was my first time for a visit and I was greeted as if I had been going there forever. I was informed of what to expect and after I filled out my paperwork a lovely young lady came so I could have my x-rays which went well; then the hygienist came and got me - she looked over my x-rays and asked me some questions and then proceeded to clean my teeth. Can’t say enough good things about this place. We found this place because my partner had a dental emergency and no insurance. We both have dentist phobias that have prevented us from keeping on top of our teeth cleanings etc. and so we don’t have a regular one to go to in situations like this. Thanks to my bad cavities, I now know the best dental place in nyc! Besides the best technique/equipment they use in this facilities. Michelle (not sure if her title is the manager?) is a precious asset who impressed me with her excellent interpersonal skills, charms and Patience. Dr. Ben Ifraimov is the best. He has been our family dentist for the last decade or so. He is very professional, efficient, conservative in his treatments, and always listens to and finds time for his patients. Recently, I had a crown fall off, and he found time to see me on extremely short notice. He is also an awesome guy, makes funny jokes and gives helpful advice. The other doctors I saw at 209 Dental have also been very good (Dr. Lipner for root canal/Dr. Wang for wisdom teeth removal) The surgeries have been fast, practically bloodless with minimum healing time. Lastly, the front desk staff here is caring and polite and you never have to wait for more than 5 minutes or so for your appointments.

Dr. Ahn is amazing as is 209. I fractured a tooth and came in the same day as a new patient on an emergency basis as I was in terrible pain. The tooth was extracted and a bone graft put in place. I had this procedure done before by another dentist on another tooth. You cannot even compare the experience. They helped me relax and made what is not a fun experience so much easier. Dr Ahn and 209 will have me as a patient from now on. Every single person I met on the staff of 209 were caring and kind.
